How long does the accelerator program last? Each xpansionIQ accelerator program lasts 12 weeks, providing startups with an intensive, structured environment for effectively refining their strategies and scaling.
Do I need to relocate to Miami to participate? No, xpansionIQ operates a virtual-first model. However, participants have access to coworking spaces in Miami and are encouraged to visit when beneficial for their business expansion.
What is included in the program fee? The program fee covers mentorship, workshops, networking events, office space access, and over $1M in business perks. Sometimes, we offer a lower flat fee and a percentage of warrants.
Does xpansionIQ take equity in my startup? No, we do not take equity. Instead, we charge a flat fee to ensure startups receive maximum value while maintaining ownership.
How can I maximize my experience in the program? To get the most out of xpansionIQ, founders should actively participate in mentorship sessions, engage with the network, and leverage provided resources.
What happens after the program? Upon completion, startups join the xpansionIQ alumni network, gaining continued access to mentorship, networking opportunities, and potential funding connections.

Miami hosts over 3,000 startups, more than 100 coworking spaces, and 50+ accelerators, making it an excellent launchpad for international companies aiming to expand. The startup ecosystem is valued at $31 billion and ranks first in funding availability and quality, offering significant growth opportunities.
Mentorship & Tailored Learning: xpansionIQ links startups with a robust network of industry experts, successful entrepreneurs, and investors. Through weekly mentor-led sessions, startups gain valuable insights from seasoned professionals. Each startup is matched with a dedicated Lead Mentor aligned with their industry and strategic objectives and has access to a broader network of 10-15 specialist mentors for focused guidance throughout the program.
Office Space & Business Perks: Although xpansionIQ has a virtual-first approach, program participants gain access to premium coworking spaces across Miami, which can also serve as their official US business address. In addition to workspace access, startups receive over $1 million in perks, including discounts from service providers, legal and financial assistance, and help to secure local grants.
xpansionIQ conducts four cohorts each year, selecting startups with input from mentors and partners. Each cohort receives approximately 150 applications, from which 6-8 promising startups are chosen. The selection process involves:
